Kanye West sued by ex-assistant Lauren Pisciotta for allegedly drugging and sexually assaulting her during a Diddy recording session

Pisciotta had sued the rapper in June, alleging sexual harassment, breach of contract, and wrongful termination. She also sued him and his many businesses for fraud, unpaid salaries, and intentional infliction of mental distress.

According to the updated lawsuit, filed on October 8 and obtained by TMZ, Pisciotta claims she and her former artist management client, who was not identified, were invited to one of Combs' studio sessions. "Drinks were served to her and others in attendance, followed by an announcement that everybody had to drink, if they wanted to stay," the claim states.

Pisciotta took her drink; "after a few small sips of the beverage, poured at the direction of Kanye West a.k.a. Ye by a studio assistant and then served to her by Kanye West, Plaintiff suddenly started to feel disoriented," according to the summons.

The next day, she claims she awoke with practically little memory of the previous night's events, simply feeling "immense shame and embarrassment."

For years, West's former assistant assumed she just got roofied and made a fool of herself at a workplace gathering. Much later, she claims the rapper brought up the night in question, telling her that they "did kind of hook up," according to the lawsuit, and providing specifics about what transpired between them.

While Combs is identified as the event's co-host in the updated lawsuit filing, Pisciotta is not charging the former music mogul, who is now in jail awaiting trial for sex trafficking and racketeering, of any misconduct.

As stated in the first lawsuit, the OnlyFans model claimed that her former employer sexually assaulted her multiple times.

One of the emails he sent her reportedly said, "See, my problem is that I want to fuck, but then after I fuck, I want a female to tell me how hard they were fucked when I fucked them. Then I want her to cheat on me," according to the lawsuit. In another one, he allegedly wrote, "Is my dick racist?" I'm going to look at photographs of white ladies with black asses and beat the shit out of my racist dick."

Pisciotta reportedly told Rolling Stone that the artist was "fixated on the penis size" of her lovers and would masturbate during phone talks with her.

At the time, West's legal representative issued a long statement stating that the rapper will take legal action against his former assistant, who "actively pursued him sexually to coerce employment and other material benefits, then engaged in blackmail and extortion when her advances were rejected."

The statement continued, "During her employment, Ms. Pisciotta offered [West] sex on his birthday, which he declined, sent [West] unsolicited nude images and sexual narratives, and was seen twerking in the office during business hours." Pisciotta once bragged that the happiest moment of her life came when she was ejaculated on by a soccer player while texting her employer. It is widely established that Ms. Pisciotta repeatedly utilized sexual compulsion to get not just money but also other objects, including Hermès Birkin bags, a Lamborghini, and an insatiable need for plastic surgery."
